• We develop the entire event programme and define individual aspects, the hospitality facility and service provided.
• We manage and coordinate the details of organisation, transport, hospitality, assistance and on-site support for the guests.
• We study and develop menus for customised catering and catering services.
• We research, develop and coordinate on-site entertainment, shows, leisure and guest entertainment.
• We coordinate trips, VIP services and special guests.
• We produce, manage and distribute event materials on-site: posters, invitations, menus, badges, gifts.
• We choose, train and provide qualified personnel for assistance, support, translations, entertainment and security.
